The remuneration midpoint for this role is $78,770.36 (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience
The opportunity
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Commercial Administrator to be the glue that keeps our Commercial Team running smoothly. This is a varied role where you'll coordinate multiple priorities, support contract administration activities, maintain accurate records, prepare reports and documentation, and help ensure commercial processes are well managed and audit-ready.
You'll play a key role in supporting the team and stakeholders, enabling the commercial function to operate efficiently and effectively across a range of projects and activities.
About you
To be successful in this role you will bring:
Experience in an administrative, coordination or process-driven role
A minimum qualification of NCEA Level 3 or equivalent
Experience using document-management systems and maintaining accurate business records
The ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment
A high degree of computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
Strong stakeholder service and relationship management skills
