This is a full time, permanent position of 40 hours per week.
The remuneration range for this role is $96,543 to $136,296 (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience.
The opportunity
This is a great opportunity for an Advisor who has governance experience to further expand their skills and capabilities within the governance and secretariat arena. As an Advisor, you’ll provide advice and administrative support ensuring Board and Committee meetings are effectively planned and all documentation prepared in advance. Your proactive approach will ensure confidence and consistency across the team.
Provide administrative support including the preparation of Board and Committee papers, agendas and minutes.
Maintain effective document control systems, processes and records management.
Proactively support governance audit and assurance activities.
Build effective working relationships to enhance service delivery in a positive and timely manner.
Maintain high standards of governance across Tiaki Wai.
About you
You will be an experienced Administrator who has gained experience in a governance and secretariat role and keen to bring your professionalism to a new role.
To be successful in this role you will bring:
Proven experience in governance, board secretariate or committee roles.
Excellent administrative skills with high attention to detail and expertise in Microsoft Office suite.
Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, confidentiality and sound judgement.
The ability to quickly build trusted stakeholder relationships.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce accurate, well presented documents.
